Charlton Athletic Women are recruiting more players for our talented Under 21 squad.
This season Charlton Athletic Women are running an Under 21 team providing a clearer pathway between our Regional Talent Club and our 1st team who play in the FA Women's Championship (the second highest league in women's football in England)

We are looking for players who have the potential, desire and commitment to progress to 1st team level.
Experience of playing at WSL/Championship Academy or Regional Talent Club (RTC) level or having excelled in the FA Women's National League or London & South-East Regional League is desirable.

Players MUST be aged 21 or under on 1st September 2019 to apply.

Players should be prepared to commit to two nights training a week and a good level of fitness is expected.

Our Under 21 team train and play their matches on the new 3G pitches at Charlton Athletic Men's Training Ground where we also benefit from the use of the gym, physiotherapy and classroom facilities.

Our coaching syllabus includes technical, tactical, social, physical and psychological elements to challenge our players.

Players participate in a sports science programme and are offered educational workshops on subjects such as nutrition, psychology and general well being.
