Charlton opened the scoring after some great wing play from Megan Mulholland who crossed for Charlotte Long to take the ball past the keeper and finish well. The Addicks second goal came when Issy Hunter latched onto a ball into the area and turned to fire home. Kylie Manktelow added a third at the end of the first half when she took on the Tottenham defence and then chipped the keeper. Under 13`s - Charlton 4 Tottenham 3 In a match dominated by the blustery conditions the Addicks took a 3-0 lead. Megan Maslak opened the scoring with a great left foot strike which went in off the underside of the crossbar. Lauren Parson increased the Addicks lead with a 30 yard strike before Chloe Stewart-Wilkin calmly slotted home after latching on to a Watford goalkick. In an exciting match the winner came in the final period as Beth Smith`s shot was deflected past the Tottenham keeper. |
