Aims

• To locate, identify and recruit suitable talented female players within the locality (i.e. within one-and-a half hours travelling time) of the centre of excellence
• Provide quality coaching, education and welfare at all age groups, and at all levels within the youth program.
• To develop the standard of the players to ensure they are capable of performing at the highest level within the game.
• To locate, identify and recruit, educate and mentor the most talented female coaches within the locality.
• Develop and enhance the education and quality of existing coaches.
• Develop a pool of qualified coaches to be available to the centre of excellence at all levels.
