Coaching
All coaching at the centre of excellence is under the direction of Keith Boanas who also works as the women's first-team manager.
He, alongside, Ray Smith's U16s team, Graham Webb and his U14s side, Walter Atnutnes' U12s and the U10s coached by Tony Knight, ensure that the coaching programme meets the players' needs and that players are progressed through the system in the right way at the right time.
All goalkeeping coaching is under the guidance of former Charlton number one and ex-England international stopper Pauline Cope.
In addition, coaching is often carried out by other women's first-team players including captain Casey Stoney, striker Ann-Marie Heatherson and young goalie Ebony-Cabey Gooden.
